Aquaman - 2018

During my time at MPC I had the chance to work on Aquaman for several months, my duty as a concept artist and modeler was to design some of the Brine creatures, but also a few vehicles and artillery weapons that populated the final epic battle. Although the art direction was strictly given during pre-production sometimes you have some things left to figure out in production. For the Brine I could do several thumbnails and concept iterations so the client can choose a direction for this race. Then I could develop them further, detail and texture them. See them through the process, from scratch 'til the end and appearing on the big screen was truly something I'm proud to have experienced. Massive team effort and a beautiful scene created across the team and different studios.
